What we do
Smartcar is the leading developer platform for mobility businesses. Founded in 2015, we are backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), New Enterprise Associates (NEA), and Energize Capital. From auto insurance and car sharing to EV charging and fleet management, businesses of all kinds use the Smartcar API to securely access car data with customer consent. By making it easy to connect to their customers’ vehicles, we enable companies to focus on what’s important: unlocking the freedom of movement for everyone.
Our team is also completely remote, with members based across the US and the UK. We offer a flexible work schedule, so you can run out to grab some groceries or catch that 3 PM yoga class you’ve always wanted to try.
